Eligibility

Orders & Pricing

All drops are limited and sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues — in which case we'll refund you in full.

Payment

Payments are processed by Shopify and Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order including taxes and shipping.

Shipping & Risk of Loss

See our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier picks up the package.

Returns

All sales are final. See our Returns Policy for the only exceptions (defective or wrong item).

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — logos, monograms, the L.S.3.1st patch system, photography, copy, and code — is owned by Last Shall 3e 1st Cl0thing or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without written permission.

User Conduct

• Do not attempt to bypass purchase limits, scrape, or automate orders.
• Do not abuse our team, support channels, or other customers.
• Do not use the site for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimers & Liability

The site and products are provided "as is" without warranties beyond those required by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, unless local consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
